Where can I reset my password?

Where can I manage my account?
First, make sure you are logged in. You will see your registered email in the top right of the website. Simply click on your email and select the 'My Account' link to be taken to your account dashboard.
How will my personal information be used?
Your personal information will be used strictly to improve your experience on our websites. This includes personalising content, managing your subscriptions, and informing you about relevant updates. We follow strict privacy guidelines to ensure your data remains secure.
Do I need to create a new account?
If you already have an account with us, there’s no need to create a new one. Our updated system will seamlessly integrate with your existing account. New users can easily sign up for an account here.
Will I need to log in every time I visit the site?
You will remain logged in across sessions, making it more convenient for you to access our content.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is securely encrypted and managed in compliance with industry standards. Data security is a top priority and we have rigorous measures in place to protect your transactions.
How can I manage my subscription with the new system?
Managing your subscription will be easier with our updated system. You’ll have access to a user-friendly dashboard at thesaturdaypaper.com.au/account to update your details, change your subscription plan or download invoices.

The Saturday Paper offers month by month digital subscriptions or 6- and 12-month print + digital subscriptions, in addition to bundle subscriptions across other Schwartz Media titles. You can subscribe here. Subscribe
Paywall
The Saturday Paper has a hard paywall, meaning stories are locked for people who are not subscribers. You can read three paywalled articles per month on the website. To enjoy full access to all content we recommend you subscribe. Already a subscriber? Log in here. Subscribe
Share Credits
Subscribers are able to share an unlocked article with a friend who may not have a subscription of their own. Learn more about Share Credits here. Learn more
Payment Options
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cheques or money orders made out to "The Saturday Paper". Organisations such as schools and libraries can request to be invoiced by sending an email to [email protected].
Pause Subscription
To pause your print subscription to The Saturday Paper, please call 1800 077 514 or send an email to [email protected]. We will require confirmation of your name and address, as well as the pause dates. Your subscription will be extended to compensate for any weeks missed. Please note, the cut-off to lodge a subscription pause is 5pm Tuesday.
Google Subscription
If you have subscribed to The Saturday Paper with your Google account, you’ll find your subscription information inside the Google Play app or by clicking here. You can manage that subscription by following the steps below:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions. Then select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.

Delivery
To help us attend to your delivery query as soon as possible please complete this form.

Deliveries of The Saturday Paper are made every Saturday morning. The paper is published 50 times per year, with a two-week hiatus over the new year period. Please note, it takes 8-15 days after subscribing for the first copy to be delivered. However, the digital component of a subscription is accessible immediately after payment is received.
Change Address
To update your delivery address for The Saturday Paper, please send an email to [email protected] or call 1800 077 514. Unfortunately it is not possible to update your delivery address online.
Cancel or Transfer
If you want to cancel or transfer your subscription please contact us.
Delivery Issues
In the event that you do not receive delivery of The Saturday Paper, please contact the delivery agent responsible. Their details can be found by logging in to your account. If your delivery agent does not have a phone number listed, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 1800 077 514.
Digital Access
All subscriptions to The Saturday Paper include full digital access via the website and app. Learn more
Apps
Issues of The Saturday Paper are available via the app, which can be installed on your mobile device by saving it to your home screen. Once installed, the app can be accessed using your Schwartz Media email and password. Learn more
Google News Showcase
Articles from The Saturday Paper are discoverable on Google News Showcase and in the Google News App. Users of Google News are encouraged to ‘follow’ The Saturday Paper and link your subscriptions with Google if prompted to take full advantage of The Saturday Paper subscription when searching Google and browsing Google News.

If you encounter issues accessing The Saturday Paper’s website or app and you are unable to resolve the issue with information provided on this page, please contact technical support.
So we are able to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- the issue you are encountering;
- the URL of the page;
- any error messages;
- your browser name and version; and
- your operating system (PC or OS X).
One of the tips below will solve most problems:
- Log out and then log in
- Request a new password be emailed to you
- Click here to login and check your subscription status
- If in private browsing mode, turn this off
- Clear cookies
- Close and re-open browser, or try a different browser
- If the problem occurs on a work computer, try logging in at home
- Disable any browser extensions
- Reboot the device or computer
